Times: Wednesday, March 3, 1886, Issue 31697 – The Britannia, ketch from Arbroath, Scotland for Weymouth, with potatoes, went ashore on Monday on the ledges abreast of Osmington Coastguard Station near Weymouth. The crew, four in number, were saved. The vessel may be got off. Ship Incident
