Sailing Vessel – (LARN) – Chesil Beach. It is reported that Mr Anthony Rivers, a young jeweller on passage jumped out of the vessel and was drowned and buried on the beach. A ‘common’ sailor shared the same fate!! see Wyke Regis Burial Register.
