Captain William Bence. Schooner – (LARN) – Driven in to Chesil Cove. At the court of Petty Sessions, Samuel Wingate of Portland, was fined £20 for stealing part of the cargo of this vessel, and in default of payment was committed to six months hard labour in the house of correction.
